Hey guys, today I will be talking about physical preparedness for bodybuilding. First you need proper workout gear. Short, shirt, and optional gloves, shoes and a water bottle. Most importantly, you should feel comfortable and it should be safe for use in a gym environment. Next, a proper gym setup. Make sure your gym has all the equipment for your bodybuilding plan. The third thing you need is a program. The different types of exercises, the number of reps, the number of sets, for each day. Depending on the shape you’re in you program might have to include a conditioning phase. This is to get you ready for weight training. A very important thing is that you are going to have to start following a routine in relation to eating, sleeping and workout. Nutrition: Proteins, fats, carbs and calories, you’re going to have to count them. Monitoring and recording progress. Body weight, body fat and skinfold Measurements. You’re gonna have to measure on a weekly basis. This last one might be a surprise to you…Sleep. You have to get at least eight to nine hours of sleep each day, because that’s when your muscles grow.
